Description

Shenzhen Micromix Plus Fertilizer

Shenzhen Micromix is a fully water-soluble powder fertilizer that supplies all essential micronutrients for plants, including iron, zinc, boron, sulfur, manganese, magnesium, and molybdenum, along with macronutrients (nitrogen and potassium), chelated with the amino acid glycine.

Boron (B) plays a direct role in plant growth and reproduction, and is essential for nitrogen fixation in legumes and the uptake of nitrogen and phosphorus. Nitrogen (N) is the most critical nutrient for plant nutrition, determining vegetative growth. Iron (Fe) is vital for chlorophyll formation, manganese (Mn) aids in carbohydrate breakdown and nitrogen metabolism, molybdenum (Mo) accelerates the conversion of amino acids into proteins needed by plants, sulfur (S) is fundamental in the formation of amino acids, proteins, and oils, potassium (K) is the second most important nutrient after nitrogen, activating at least 60 different enzymes involved in plant growth, and zinc (Zn) is essential for regulating sugar and overall plant growth.

Composition

  • Nitrogen: 10%
  • Potassium: 2.6%
  • Iron (Fe-EDTA): 3.5%
  • Zinc: 2.7%
  • Manganese: 1.5%
  • Magnesium: 2%
  • Boron: 0.1%
  • Molybdenum: 0.0028%
  • Glycine: 1%

Features

  • High solubility and absorption.
  • Supplies all essential nutrients required by plants.
  • Enhances vegetative and reproductive growth.
  • Controls fungal diseases due to the presence of sulfur.

Application Methods

  • Vegetables and Leafy Greens (Foliar Spray): 1 kg per hectare
  • Vegetables and Leafy Greens (Irrigation): 2 kg per hectare
  • Fruit Trees (Foliar Spray): 2 kg per 1000 liters of water
  • Fruit Trees (Irrigation): 20-45 g per tree

Additional Practical Notes

  • Timing: Apply during early vegetative growth, flowering, and fruit set to support nutrient demands and reproductive development. Repeat every 10-14 days during active growth or when deficiency symptoms (e.g., leaf yellowing, poor fruit set) appear.
  • Soil Testing: Conduct soil and tissue tests to confirm deficiencies in micronutrients and macronutrients before application to ensure targeted use and prevent nutrient imbalances.
  • Mixing: Perform a jar test when combining with other fertilizers or pesticides, as EDTA chelates and sulfur may interact with certain chemicals, potentially reducing efficacy.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-sealed container to maintain the stability of chelated nutrients and glycine. Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.
  • Safety: Wear protective gear (gloves, goggles) during foliar spraying to avoid skin or eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
  • Environmental Care: Use precise dosages and avoid application before heavy rainfall to minimize nutrient runoff, especially for sulfur and nitrogen, which can impact soil and water ecosystems.
  • Crop Suitability: Ideal for nutrient-demanding crops like legumes (for nitrogen fixation), tomatoes, citrus, and leafy greens, particularly in soils low in micronutrients or organic matter. Verify compliance with organic farming standards if used in organic systems.
  • Application Tips: For foliar sprays, apply during early morning or late afternoon to maximize absorption and avoid leaf burn. For irrigation, ensure even distribution, especially for fruit trees, to prevent localized over-fertilization.
